The particularly robust engine guard offers the best protection for valuable components of the BMW R 1250 GS, both on and off road. It is made of aluminum with a wall thickness of five millimeters and is black powder coated. Three mounting elements allow the force to be evenly distributed among the strong attachment points. This also makes attachment considerably easier.
